CMC-Canada
Eileen is a Certified Management Consultant, past council member of CMC-BC, and is active with the BC Mainland Chapter of CMC-Canada.
ILEA
Eileen served on the International Board of Governors for the International Live Events Association (ILEA). She is also a Past President of the Vancouver Chapter, Past Chair of ILEA Canada, Past Western Regional Vice President, Past International Relations Chair, and Past CSEP Certification Committee Chair. She has graded for the CSEP certification, judged the Esprit Awards, and served as President of the Vancouver Chapter a second time in 2020/21.
ICF
Eileen earned her International Coach Federation ACC accreditation. She often employs solution-focused coaching methodologies in her consulting services.
VIMFF
Eileen has been a regular MC and presenter at the Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival for many years, and served three years as Chair of the VIMFF Board of Directors from 2017 - 2020.

Eileen taught Event Management, Marketing, Sponsorship, and Proposals & Presentations as part of the Art Institute's Event Management Diploma program.

Eileen sat on the board of the BC Chapter of the American Marketing Association (BCAMA) and was chair of the Vision Conference in 2004.
